CEG Entity definition
CEG Entity means, individually, and "CEG Entities" means, collectively, CEG and each of its Affiliates.

Notwithstanding the foregoing, if on any day any Transferred Receivable, the Obligor of which is a CEG Entity, is satisfied in full or in part by the posting of an inter-company accounting entry in favor of the Seller, the Purchaser shall be deemed to have received on such day a credit (a "Purchase Price Credit") in the amount of such accounting entry.
