CEET definition

CEET means the Compagnie Energie Electrique du Togo, the public utility established in accordance with the Recipient’s Decree No. 2006-013/PR dated February 22, 2006 and operating under the laws of the Recipient, and in charge of the distribution of electricity in the Recipient’s territory.
CEET means the Compagnie Energie Electrique du Togo, a public company established pursuant to Ordinance No. 63-12 of March 20, 1963, of the Republic of Togo and operating pursuant to statutes approved by Decree No. 63-152 of December 11, 1963, as such statutes may be amended from time to time;
CEET means Compagnie Energie Electrique du Togo, the Recipient’s public power distribution utility, established pursuant to order no. 63-12 dated March 20, 1963.
