Any obligation originally stated in Ghana Cedis, or in any Foreign Currency other than Dollars, will be converted to Dollars at the Prevailing Market Rate of Exchange.
When transactions for an asset, capital item or liability are in Ghana Cedis or currency other than the U.S. Dollar, amounts in such other currency shall be immediately converted to U.S. Dollars at the rate actually incurred and accounts required for the purposes of this Agreement shall be maintained only in U.S. Dollars.
