Ceding Scheme definition

Ceding Scheme means the Defined Benefit Pension Scheme from which the member is transferring their benefits;
Ceding Scheme means the scheme from which the client is to be disinvested, switched or transferred.

Related to Ceding Scheme

  • Planning Scheme means a scheme developed in accordance with section 6 of the Planning and Environment Act 1987.

  • The Vetting and Barring Scheme means the scheme set up under the provisions of the Safeguarding Vulnerable Groups Act 2006.
