CEDD means one or more of GSK’s “Centers of Excellence for Drug Discovery”; i.e., an organizational structure that oversees drug discovery and development being conducted internally at GSK. CEDD shall include any successor organizational structures to CEDD, whether or not possessing the same name, that is responsible for internal drug discovery and development at GSK.

  • The term “Administrator” as hereinafter used shall denote any of the three individuals filling the above-defined position in CEDD, and such other individuals as designated by the Director with the approval of the Authority Board.
