CEDCO agrees to execute such subordination documents as GELLC will from time to time require.
CEDCO will keep the Premises free from any liens for work performed, materials furnished or obligations incurred without the prior written authorization from GELLC.
No such assignment or subletting will relieve CEDCO, any prior assignee or any guarantor of their obligations respecting this Lease.

If CEDCO does not elect to continue this Lease or fails during such sixty (60) day period to elect to continue this Lease, then this Lease will terminate as of the last day of the month during which such period expired.
Notwithstanding any provision in tribal law, rule or regulation to the contrary, CEDCO shall be solely responsible for any such taxes, cost, fees, expenses, assessments or charges of any kind or nature levied or incurred in violation of this Section.
CEDCO will provide to GELLC and any lender designated by GELLC certification of insurance or copies of insurance policies evidencing that insurance satisfying the requirements of this Lease is in effect at all times.
If GELLC does not elect to continue this Lease, then this Lease will continue on the following terms: Rental and other sums due under this Lease will continue unabated, and CEDCO will promptly commence and diligently prosecute restoration of the Premises to the same condition, as nearly as practicable, as prior to such Partial Taking, damage or destruction as approved by GELLC in its sole discretion.
CEDCO will, at CEDCO's sole cost and expense, comply with all applicable directions, rules and regulations of the fire marshal, health officers, building inspectors, federal, state and local agencies and regulatory bodies, including but not limited to environmental agency having jurisdiction.
