CECO means the Civil Enforcement Consent Order entered by the Decree Court on February 2, 1989.

CECO or the “Company”), in consultation with you, has made the decision not to renew the Executive Employment Agreement entered into by you and the Company, effective July 6, 2020 (the “Employment Agreement”).
