CEC Expenses definition
CEC Expenses has the meaning assigned in Section 7.2(b).
CEC Expenses means those Eligible Expenses other than the CEC Salary Eligible Expenses.
CEC Expenses means, in the case of the Capacity Building (Part A) AOF, those Eligible Expenses other than the CEC Salary and includes relevant training costs for the CEC, and costs for related materials, equipment, travel, products and services that are required to carry out the CEC Work. CEC Salary means, in the case of the Capacity Building (Part A) AOF, the Eligible Expenses for the salary, wages and benefits, contributions, and assessments associated with employing a CEC, inclusive of any Additional Qualification Top Up.
Examples of CEC Expenses in a sentence
Any CEC Expenses previously paid by CAC to CEC pursuant to this Section 7.2(b) shall be credited towards the payment of any Termination Fee that becomes payable by CAC hereunder.
