CEC Approval definition
CEC Approval means that the CEC approves this Transaction structure as complying with California Renewables Portfolio Standard for out-of-state generation.
CEC Approval means, as applicable, CEC staff affirmation of the CEC Application or the adoption by the CEC of the CEC staff affirmation of the CEC Application.
CEC Approval means the affirmative certification decision by the CEC pursuant to California Public Resources Code Section 25523 and Title 20, California Code of Regulations Section 1755 et seq., authorizing construction and operation of the Project, which became final on January 22, 2001.
