Cease Operations definition

Cease Operations means to discontinue providing Benefits that have been approved to be performed through a specified Laboratory Facility.

Cease Operations means the cessation of Tenant’s business at the Premises for more than ten (10) consecutive days; provided, however, that such ten (10) day period shall not include (a) any period during which Tenant is unable to operate its business at the Premises due to any acts of terrorism, strike, riots, acts of God, fire or other casualty, shortages of labor or materials, war, governmental laws, regulations or restrictions or other events beyond the control of Tenant (other than lack of funds) (collectively, "Force Majeure"), or (b) any period during which the Premises are being altered, renovated, repaired or restored by Tenant in accordance with, and in the time period permitted by, Sections 4.3, 4.4, 4.7, and 9.1, and Articles 8, 10, and 11 of this Lease.

Examples of Cease Operations in a sentence

  • If the Fund ceases operations, the Fund shall pay PFPC an amount equal to all fees and other amounts through the effective date the Fund ceases operations (which shall be no less than 90 days from the date of the Cease Operations Notice), as identified in relevant filings made by the Fund with the SEC.

  • For purposes of this Agreement, Cease Operations shall mean Roto Rooter’s (a) cessation of operations at the Fishers Site for ninety (90) consecutive days, subject to force majeure; (b) an announcement or other public statement that it will cease operations of at the Fishers Site; or (c) filing of a bankruptcy petition.

  • Cease Operations shall occur upon (1) the expiration of the Charter term; (2) the transfer/withdrawal of aJI students enrolled within the School in the current academic calendar; and/or (3) the vote of the SCSC to revoke, terminate and/or accept the Charter School's surrender of the Charter contract.

  • If Licensee fails to Cease Operations, Licensor shall have the right to take whatever steps are necessary to cause Licensee’s operations to cease and Licensee’s Equipment to shut down.

  • Upon information and belief, if Fishers determines that (a) Roto Rooter has not or cannot reasonably be expected to meet all portions of the Roto Rooter Commitment or (b) Roto Rooter has or will Cease Operations, as defined below, at the Fishers Site, Fishers shall give Roto Rooter notice of such determination and provide Roto Rooter an opportunity to appear at a Fishers Council meeting to show cause why the Abatement should not be terminated.
