Transcript means a printed verbatim reproduction of everything said on the record during a hearing or other official proceeding.
Experts means, collectively, Key Experts, Non-Key Experts, or any other personnel of the Consultant, Sub-consultant or JV member(s) assigned by the Consultant to perform the Services or any part thereof under the Contract.
Expert is defined in Section 7.9 of this Agreement.
Hearing examiner means the labor commissioner or the commissioner’s designee.
Costs For any Person, any claims, losses, damages, penalties, fines, forfeitures, reasonable and necessary legal fees and related costs, judgments, and other costs and expenses of such Person.
