CDX Index definition

CDX Index means the rate per annum determined by the Administrative Agent (a) in the case of Base Rate Loans, on the Effective Date and thereafter on the last Domestic Business Day of each calendar quarter, and (b) in the case of Euro-Dollar Loans, on the third Euro-Dollar Business Day prior to the first day of each Interest Period applicable to such Loan, and thereafter, in the case of any such Loan having an Interest Period of greater than three months, at the end of each successive three-month period during such Interest Period, in each case by reference to the closing Markit CDX.NA.IG Index Series 11 or any successor series (5 Year Period) for such day as reported by Markit Group Ltd.; provided that, to the extent the Administrative Agent determines that a rate is not ascertainable pursuant to the foregoing provisions of this definition, the “CDX Index” on any date of determination shall be the rate most recently determined by the Administrative Agent unless and until the Company and the Banks agree on an alternative method of calculating the applicable margin.
CDX Index the rate per annum determined by the Administrative Agent (i) with respect to any Eurocurrency Loan, three (3) Business Days prior to the commencement of each Interest Period applicable to such Eurocurrency Loan, and thereafter, in the case of any Eurocurrency Loan having an Interest Period greater than three (3) months, at the end of each successive three (3) month period during such Interest Period, and (ii) with respect to any ABR Loan, on the Closing Date and on the last Business Day of each calendar quarter, in each case by reference to the closing Markit CDX.NA.IG Series 12 or any successor series (5 year period) for such day; provided that, to the extent the Administrative Agent determines that a rate is not ascertainable pursuant to the foregoing provisions of this definition, the “CDX Index” on any date of determination shall be the rate most recently determined by the Administrative Agent unless and until the Borrower and each of the Lenders agree on an alternative method of calculating the Applicable Margin.

  • In addition, if ISDA publicly announces a Successor prior to the Trade Date but following the "Roll Date" (in the case of iTraxx Index Basket Credit Linked Notes) or "Effective Date" (in the case of CDX Index Basket Credit Linked Notes) specified in the Index Annex, such Successor will apply for the purposes of the Notes, notwithstanding such announcement occurring prior to the Trade Date.

  • Affected CDX Index" means each of the CDX indices of CDS IndexCo LLC, Markit North America, Inc., or any predecessor or successor thereto, containing a Chemturathe Index Publisher containing a Charter Communications Chapter 11 Entity, if any.

CDX Index means (x) until September 20, 2014, the index identified as Markit CDX NA IG Series 22 and reported under Bloomberg Ticker “CDX IG CDSI S22 5Y <CORP>” and (y) on and after September 20, 2014, the index identified as Markit CDX NA IG Series 23 and reported under Bloomberg Ticker “CDX IG CDSI S23 5Y <CORP>”.
CDX Index means, on any day, the then current series and version of the CDXTM.NA.IG index or any successor index determined by the Calculation Agent in accordance with Additional Provision 9(A).
CDX Index means, as of the Issue Date, the reference entities referenced in the Dow Jones CDX NA IG Series VI (CDX.NA.IG Series VI) (with a scheduled maturity falling on 20 June 2016) as set out in Schedule 1B to Annex B to the Final Terms and at any time thereafter means the portfolio of reference entities referenced in the then current series of the Dow Jones CDX NA IG (or any successor thereto) as at such time as determined by the Determination Agent in its sole and absolute discretion (and, if there is no successor, the composition of the CDX Index shall be determined by the Determination Agent in its sole and absolute discretion);
CDX Index means, as of any date of determination, the Markit CDX.NA.IG Series 12 or any successor series (5 Year Period), as available on such date to the applicable office of the Administrative Agent. The CDX Index will be determined (a) in the case of Eurocurrency Rate Advances, on the Business Day on which the Eurocurrency Rate for the initial and any subsequent Interest Period applicable thereto is set and, for such Eurocurrency Rate Advances with an Interest Period longer than three months, at the end of each successive three-month period after the first day of such Interest Period and (b) in the case of Base Rate Advances, on the Effective Date and on the first Business Day of each calendar quarter thereafter.
CDX Index means the spot rate of the Markit CDX.NA.IG Series 11 or any successor series (5 Year Period) on each Reset Date.
