CDWC means California Domestic Water Company. CDWC is a California corporation and a mutual water company.

  • The SWS and CDWC Subprojects (the “SWS/CDWC Subprojects”) are included in the Project for purposes of water supply and controlling and limiting migration of Chemicals of Concern.
