CDSI Plan definition
CDSI Plan means the Joint Plan of Reorganization of Debtors CDSI, CCG and CCS (including all exhibits and attachments), as modified or amended from time to time, a true and correct copy of which is attached hereto as Exhibit “1.”
CDSI Plan means the Second Amended Joint Plan of Reorganization of Debtors CDSI, CCG and CCS (including all exhibits and attachments), as modified or amended from time to time.
