CDRL A009. “Supplier’s Configuration Management PlanThe Contractor shall control the configuration of the configuration baseline documentation until submitted to, and approved by, the Government. Configuration documentation is baselined at Government approval; subsequent changes shall be processed in accordance with this SOW.

  • The Contractor shall deliver firmware required for production acceptance testing in accordance with CDRL A009 Contractor’s Supplier Configuration Management Plan.

  • DMSMS solutions shall be implemented in accordance with the Contractor’s Supplier Configuration Management Plan (CDRL A009) including changes implemented by vendors without the prior knowledge of the Contractor once discovered.

  • MARPOL 73/78 means the International Convention for the Prevention of Pollution from Ships, 1973, as amended by the Protocol of 1978 relating thereto and by any other amendment in force thereafter;

  • Law 11/2015 means Law 11/2015 of 18 June, on recovery and resolution of credit institutions and investment firms (Ley 11/2015, de 18 de junio, de recuperación y resolución de entidades de crédito y empresas de servicios de inversión) as amended or replaced from time to time.

  • Digital Signal Level 0 (DS-0 means the lowest-level signal in the time division multiplex digital hierarchy, and represents a voice-grade channel operating at either the 56 Kbps or 64 Kbps transmission bit rates. There are twenty-four (24) DS-0 channels in a DS-1.

  • IDP means Integrated Development Plan;

  • Level III Pricing applies on any day on which (i) the Borrower’s long-term debt is rated A- or higher by S&P or A3 or higher by Moody’s and (ii) neither Level I Pricing nor Level II Pricing applies.

  • Multiple Bill/Single Tariff means the billing method used when Switched Exchange Access Services is jointly provided by the Parties. As described in the MECAB document, each Party will render a bill in accordance with its own tariff for that portion of the service it provides. Each Party will bill its own network access service rates.

  • O. Reg. 419/05 means the Ontario Regulation 419/05, Air Pollution – Local Air Quality.

  • PTCE 95-60 As defined in Section 5.02(b). PUD: A planned unit development.
