CDRB definition

CDRB means a Contract Dispute Resolution Board as defined in Section 14.6.

  • The CDRB, in its discretion, may combine more than one dispute between the parties for concurrent resolution.

  • Decisions of the CDRB shall only resolve matters before the CDRB and shall not have precedential effect with respect to matters not before the CDRB.

  • The Contractor may not present its petition to the CDRB until the period for investigation and compromise delineated in this Paragraph has expired.
