CDR Documents definition

CDR Documents means the master restructuring agreement, as amended or restated from time to time, entered into inter alia by the Company with the CDR Lenders for restructuring the financial assistance and the loan facilities and all other documents entered into or to be entered into by the Company for giving effect to the restructuring contemplated under the master restructuring agreement.
