CDQ means the monthly quantity of demand (expressed in kilowatts) included in each customer’s CHWM Contract that is subtracted from the Customer System Peak (as defined in the TRM) as part of the process of determining the customer’s Demand Charge Billing Determinant (as defined in the TRM), as calculated in accordance with section 5.3.5 of the TRM.

CDQ shall have the meaning as defined in the TRM, the definition of which is recited in section 6.6.1.
