CDP Securities definition
CDP Securities means book-entry securities as defined in the Companies Act.
CDP Securities means the Securities listed and quoted on the SGX-ST which are designated by the SGX-ST as eligible for deposit with CDP and for clearance and book entry settlement of transactions executed on the SGX-ST;
CDP Securities means book-entry securities traded on SGX-ST as defined in Section 81SF of the Securities and Futures Act, and includes designated securities as specified in Section 81SG of the Securities and Futures Act.
Examples of CDP Securities in a sentence
All applications for withdrawal of CDP Securities from the Securities Sub-Account shall be made directly to DBS ▇▇▇▇▇▇▇ and on such prescribed forms and accompanied by such fees as DBS ▇▇▇▇▇▇▇ may in its discretion require.
