CDOR Portion definition

CDOR Portion of any Loan or Loans shall mean at any time the portion, including the whole, of such Loan or Loans bearing interest under the CDOR Option or at a rate calculated by reference to the CDOR under Section 4.05(b)(i) hereof. If no Loan or Loans is specified, “CDOR Portion” shall refer to the CDOR Portion of all Loans outstanding at such time.

Examples of CDOR Portion in a sentence

  • The applicable Borrower shall pay interest on each Funding Segment of the Euro-Rate Portion or CDOR Portion of the Revolving Credit Loans on the last day of the corresponding Funding Period and, if such Funding Period is longer than three months, also on the last day of every third month during such Funding Period.
