CDOR Benchmark Replacement Time. (a) the Existing Credit Agreement is hereby amended by deleting the stricken text (indicated textually in the same manner as the following example: stricken text) and adding the blue underlined text (indicated textually in the same manner as the following example: double-underlined text) as set forth in Exhibit A attached hereto; (b) the Form of Borrowing Notice attached as Exhibit C to the Existing Credit Agreement is hereby amended and replaced in its entirety with the Form of Borrowing Notice attached as Exhibit B hereto; and (c) the Form of Notice of Conversion/Continuation attached as Exhibit D to the Existing Credit Agreement is hereby amended and replaced in its entirety with the Form of Notice of Conversion/Continuation attached as Exhibit C hereto.
