CDMO Business definition

CDMO Business means the contract development and manufacturing business, operations, and activities of Recro or any of its Subsidiaries (whether or not such businesses, operations or activities are or have been terminated, divested or discontinued) and such other activities incidental thereto, other than the Acute Care Business and, after the Distribution Effective Time, those entities or businesses acquired or established by or for any member of the Recro Group.
CDMO Business means providing on a contract basis to third-party customers cell or gene therapy development, analytical or manufacturing services or related products, including the development, analysis and manufacture of plasmids or genetically modified autologous or allogeneic cells; other cell characterization and engineering services; related analytical or bioanalytical services; or related fill and finish or other packaging services.
CDMO Business means the contract development and manufacturing business of the CDMO Loan Parties pursuant to which the CDMO Loan Parties provide drug development and drug manufacturing services to Persons engaged in the pharmaceuticals industry.
