CDM Plan Budget definition

CDM Plan Budget means the LDC’s six-year budget for its CDM Plan, provided that where the LDC has submitted a plan jointly with other distribution companies, the CDM Plan Budget will mean the part of the budget in that plan that is allocated to the LDC.

Examples of CDM Plan Budget in a sentence

  • Where another distribution company departs the joint CDM Plan, the LDC and the other remaining distribution companies (if any) will resubmit the CDM Plan to reduce the joint CDM Plan Target and CDM Plan Budget by the amounts of the individual CDM Plan Target and CDM Plan Budget of the departing distribution company.

  • Any costs incurred by the LDC under this article 14 will not qualify as Eligible Expenses and are not treated as an expense under, or debited from, the CDM Plan Budget.

  • The Cost Efficiency Incentive will not exceed the difference between the LDC’s actual expenditures with respect to Programs that received full cost recovery funding and the portion of the CDM Plan Budget that was allocated to Programs that received full cost recovery funding.

  • For greater clarity, in neither case shall the LDC exceed the total CDM Plan Budget.

  • Upon the approval of the CDM Plan, the LDC may invoice the OPA for 25% (or a lesser amount as may be requested by the LDC at its discretion) of the portion of the CDM Plan Budget for the first full year of the CDM Plan that is allocated to Programs that will receive full cost recovery funding.

  • The LDC will be entitled to receive such funding up to the amount that is 5% over the Annual FCR Amount provided that the LDC is required to resubmit the CDM Plan to adjust the CDM Plan Budget accordingly within the following year.

  • In the event that a Lead LDC has been elected with respect to any or all Measures undertaken under Programs offered pursuant to its CDM Plan, payments that are required to be made to or by the LDC pursuant to this Agreement in respect of any such Measure(s) will be paid to or by either the LDC or the Lead LDC, as set out in the applicable Program Rules and the IESO will debit or credit such amounts in the CDM Plan Budget, as applicable, pursuant to such Program Rules.
