CDM Holders definition
CDM Holders means CDM Hostess Co-Invest, LLC and each of its series, CDM Hostess Class C, LLC and each of its series and C. Dean Metropoulos (at such time as he may hold shares of Class B Common Stock).
CDM Holders has the meaning set forth in the Preamble.
