CDI Share definition
CDI Share means a CHESS depositary interest representing a unit of beneficial ownership in a New URI Share registered in the name of CDN. CDI Disclosure Document means the information memorandum or other document required in connection with the quotation of URI Shares in the form of CDI Shares and URI Options in the form of CDI Options on the ASX.
