Within ten (10) calendar days of receipt of the Notice of Dispute, the CDFA Agreement Manager or designee must meet with the Recipient for the purpose of resolving the dispute.
The Recipient must maintain adequate documentation for expenditures of this Agreement to permit the determination of the allowability of expenditures reimbursed by CDFA under this Agreement.
Amendments are subject to CDFA approval, and, at its discretion, may choose to accept or deny these changes.
