CDEP definition

CDEP means the Community Development Employment Projects, a program funded by the Torres Strait Regional Authority (TSRA) which provides Torres Strait Islander people with an alternative to unemployment benefits. Participation in the CDEP scheme is voluntary and participants are able to leave at any time, without notice.
