The Seller, at its option, may designate and elect two members of the Board of Supervisors of the newly-formed CDDs, provided, however, that when the registered voters within any such newly-formed CDD are entitled to representation on the Board of Supervisors, the Seller shall relinquish its seats on the Board in order to allow the Buyer to remain in control of the district as long as possible.
