Unless otherwise specifically agreed by Parent and CDC Software, the Parent Services to be provided or procured by Parent hereunder shall be substantially similar in scope, quality, and nature to those provided to, or procured on behalf of, CDC Software prior to the Closing Date.
The scope of any such services, as well as the term, costs, and other terms and conditions applicable to such services, shall be as mutually agreed by Parent and CDC Software in their respective sole discretion.

In addition to the Services to be provided pursuant to Section 2.01, to the extent that Parent and CDC Software mutually agree in their respective sole discretion, Parent and CDC Software may provide additional services (including services not provided by either Party prior to the Closing Date) to the other Party.
