CDC Materials definition
CDC Materials means all tangible materials not first produced in the performance of this CRADA that are owned or controlled by CDC and used in the performance of the Research Plan.

The Parties agree to use Collaborator Materials and CDC Materials only in accordance with the Research Plan, not to transfer these materials to third parties except in accordance with the Research Plan or as approved by the owning or providing Party, and, upon expiration or termination of the CRADA, to dispose of these materials as directed by the owning or providing Party.
