CDC Account(s) means the account(s) / sub-account(s) of the Investors maintained with the CDC, as communicated to the Issuer;

The Issuer shall issue the Notes for an amount not exceeding the aggregate Face Value, and shall (in accordance with the directions of the IP Agent) credit the Notes, on clearance of the Payment, directly into the CDC Accounts or the CDC account of any other entity nominated by the Investors in writing within [•] ([•]) days from the Issue Date.
