  • This project will only support the retention of FTE’s, by using the CDBG-R funds award to the City of Naples for payment.

  • To the maximum extent feasible, these small business and minority/women-owned business enterprises shall be located in or owned by residents of the CDBG-R areas designated by ▇▇▇▇▇▇▇ County in the Annual Consolidated Plan approved by HUD.

  • Any real property within the SUBRECIPIENT control, which is acquired or improved in whole or part with CDBG-R funds in excess of $25,000, must adhere to the CDBG-R Regulations at 24 CFR 570.505.

  • These include but are not limited to compliance with the provisions of the Housing and Community Development Act of 1974 and all rules, regulations, guidelines and circulars promulgated by the various federal departments, agencies, administrations and commissions relating to the CDBG and CDBG-R Programs.

  • In the event the City receives any payment under the terms of this paragraph, the City shall use such payment in a manner consistent with the purpose of this Agreement and the CDBG-R program.
