CDBG Project definition

CDBG Project means the activities eligible under CDBG Regulations at 24 CFR Part 570.201(c) and (m), limited to the construction or installation of public facilities and improvements and certain eligible site improvements in support of development of low or moderate income housing, which activities collectively shall meet the national objective of benefiting a limited clientele, no less than 51 percent of whom are Low- and Moderate-Income Persons as defined herein below.
