Examples of CDA Payment in a sentence

  • If the CDA is created as provided herein, the CDA Payment shall be paid from Developer to City at the Phase 1 Closing, provided however, if the funds for infrastructure obtained by creation of the CDA are received after the Phase 1 Closing, then Developer will make the CDA Payment at the time Developer receives the CDA funds.

  • After all of the Land Value for Phase 1 (the “Phase 1 Land Value”) has been determined, if Phase 1 Land Value exceeds: (a) the Phase 1 Base Rent, plus (b) the Garage Payment, plus (c) the CDA Payment (if any), Developer will pay City twenty-five percent (25%) of such excess (the “Profit Share of Land Value”) pursuant to the following formula: 25% x (Phase 1 Land Value (in dollars) – ($34,500,000 + Garage Payment + CDA Payment (if any))).
