Related to CD Title

Class title means the designation given under these rules to a class and to each position allocated to such class.
Land Title Act means the Land Title Act, R.S.B.C. 1996, Chapter 250 together with all amendments thereto and replacements thereof;

Owner’s Title Policy means those certain ALTA extended coverage owner’s policies of title insurance issued in connection with the closing of the Mortgage Loan insuring the Mortgage Borrower as the owner of the Property.
Permitted Title Exceptions means those exceptions to title to the Real Property that are satisfactory or deemed satisfactory to Purchaser as determined pursuant to Section 2.4(e) hereof.
