If the Interest Rate Basis is the CD Rate, this Note shall be deemed to be a “CD Rate Note.” A CD Rate Note will bear interest at the interest rate calculated with reference to the CD Rate and the Spread or Spread Multiplier, if any.
A Floating Rate Note may be a CD Rate Note, Commercial Paper Rate Note, Federal Funds Rate Note, LIBOR Note, Treasury Rate Note, Constant Maturity Treasury Rate Note, a Prime Rate Note, an Inverse Floating Rate Note or a Floating Rate/Fixed Rate Note.
Each CD Rate Note will bear interest at the interest rate (calculated with reference to the CD Rate and the spread and/or spread multiplier, if any) specified on the face of such CD Rate Note or in an Addendum thereto.
A CD Rate Note will bear interest at the interest rate (calculated with reference to the CD Rate and the Spread and/or Spread Multiplier and will be subject to the minimum interest rate or the maximum interest rate, if any) specified in the CD Rate Note and in the applicable Pricing Supplement.
The interest factor for each such day will be computed by dividing the applicable interest rate by 360 if this Note is a Commercial Paper Rate Note, a LIBOR Note, a EURIBOR Note, a CD Rate Note or a Federal Funds Rate Note, by the actual number of days in the year if this Note is a Treasury Rate Note, or by such other number of days as set forth on the face hereof if this Note carries another Base Rate.
Unless otherwise specified on the face hereof, the Interest Determination Date pertaining to an Interest Reset Date will be the second Business Day prior to the Interest Reset Date for a CD Rate Note, Commercial Paper Rate Note, Federal Funds Rate Note, Constant Maturity Treasury Rate Note, Prime Rate Note or J.J. Kenny Rate Note.
If the Interest Rate Basis is the CD Rate, this Note is a "CD Rate Note." A CD Rate Note will bear interest at the interest rate calculated with reference to the CD Rate and the Spread or Spread Multiplier, if any.
If the Interest Rate Basis is the CD Rate, the Funding Note shall be deemed to be a "CD Rate Note".
A Floating Rate Note may be a CD Rate Note, CMT Rate Note, Commercial Paper Rate Note, Constant Maturity Swap Rate Note, Eleventh District Cost of Funds Rate Note, Federal Funds Open Rate Note, Federal Funds Rate Note, LIBOR Note, EURIBOR Note, Prime Rate Note or Treasury Rate Note.
A CD Rate Note will bear interest at the interest rate calculated with reference to the CD Rate and the Spread or Spread Multiplier, if any.
