CD Option definition

CD Option means an earnings option based on a certificate of deposit in such denomination and for such duration as is determined from time to time by the Plan Administrator.

  • If you use an alternate identifier, you must use the same alternate identifier for all placements of deposits for you, by us or by any other financial institution, through the DDA-MMDA Option or through the CD Option of IntraFi Network Deposits.

  • Schering-Plough’s expenses in procuring Golimumab Product for the CD Development Program shall be included in the costs and expenses of the CD Development Program for which Schering-Plough is responsible and will be included in the amount to be paid by Centocor if it exercises the CD Option Right.

  • This Agreement constitutes the entire agreement between you and us relating to the placement of deposits through the CD Option and any other matter herein, supersedes prior agreements, understandings, negotiations, representations, and proposals, whether written or oral, relating to any matter herein, and may not be amended by any oral representation or oral agreement.

  • You may enter the name of any depository institution on a list of exclusions from eligibility to receive deposits we place for you through the CD Option (“Exclusions List”).

  • Centocor may exercise its CD Option Right at any time prior to receipt of a Successful Completion Notice by providing an early exercise notice to Schering-Plough (the “Early Exercise Notice”); provided that Centocor shall only be permitted one (1) opportunity to exercise its CD Option Right through an Early Exercise Notice.

Related to CD Option

  • 3(i) Option means an Option granted pursuant to Section 3(i) of the Ordinance to any person who is Non- Employee.

  • Vested Option means any Option, which has already been vested according to the Vesting Dates.

  • Unvested Option means an Option in respect of which the relevant Vesting Conditions have not been satisfied and as such, the Option Grantee has not become eligible to Exercise the Option.

  • Reload Option means any Option granted under Section 6(a)(iv) of the Plan.

  • Vested Options means the Options that have vested in accordance with Section 1.3 of this Agreement.
