CD Collection definition

CD Collection means the collection of CD’s containing copy written pictures and material GBDS has supplied to the Merchant. “Sales” shall mean any and all sales resulting from the aforementioned CD collection including but not Term. Merchant and GBDS agree that the term of the Agreement shall commence on it’s above written effective date and shall continue for a period of one (1) year, and for as long thereafter as it is mutually agreed between Merchant and GBDS.

Examples of CD Collection in a sentence

  • The Contractor may, at its sole discretion, provide C&D Collection, Disposal and/or Processing services on a non-exclusive basis as a separate, distinct service apart from this Franchise Agreement.

  • Contractor shall report to City by the 10th working day after the 2234 end of the prior month the total tonnages Collected and total dollar amounts billed by Contractor 2235 for Debris Box service (including all C&D Collection services) for the prior month in order that the 2236 City may include this amount in the monthly calculation of Franchise Fees and amounts due 2237 Contractor.

  • The Parties further acknowledge that consistent, reliable Solid Waste, 2500 Recyclable Materials, Organic Materials, and C&D Collection service is of utmost importance to 2501 CITY and that CITY has considered and relied on CONTRACTOR'S representations as to its 2502 quality of service commitment in awarding the Agreement to it.

  • Net Collections With respect to any Corrected Mortgage Loan, an amount equal to all payments on account of interest and principal on such Mortgage Loan.

  • Deemed Collection Defined in Section 2.4(c).
