The Contractor may, at its sole discretion, provide C&D Collection, Disposal and/or Processing services on a non-exclusive basis as a separate, distinct service apart from this Franchise Agreement.

The Parties further acknowledge that consistent, reliable Solid Waste, 2500 Recyclable Materials, Organic Materials, and C&D Collection service is of utmost importance to 2501 CITY and that CITY has considered and relied on CONTRACTOR'S representations as to its 2502 quality of service commitment in awarding the Agreement to it.
