CD Balance definition
CD Balance means the sum of (a) the aggregate balance of funds of the Borrower on deposit with Amegy in certificates of deposit issued by Amegy and (b) without duplication, the amount of funds of the Borrower on deposit with Amegy pursuant to the provisions of Section 6.17.
