CCUD definition
CCUD means the City of Cadillac Utilities Department.

CCUD will review the plans and specifications within ten (10) days of submission of complete plans and specifications to CCUD and provide Customer with a specific written determination as to its approval, which shall not be unreasonably withheld, or disapproval of the plans and specifications.
