A qualified CCTE unit member is one who holds the appropriate credential for the position to be filled, whose most recent summary evaluation is effective and who meets the criteria specified in the postings.
CCTE shall not be liable for any claims or damages arising from the Collaborator’s use of the Research Material; however, no indemnification is provided or intended.
