  • CCSR or the Member may at any time terminate this Agreement, with or without cause, by providing sixty (60) days written notice to the other Party of its desire to terminate this Agreement.

  • To the extent necessary, the Member agrees to execute such assignment documents as may be required to vest title in CCSR, at no expense to the Member.

  • User shall have no obligation to make any payments to the CCSR during any period of failure or delay by the CCSR.

  • User will not provide any User Materials to the CCSR in violation of any Applicable Law.

  • User will not provide to the CCSR any User Materials the possession of which by the CCSR would cause the CCSR to be in violation of any Applicable Law.

  • CCS means a method of exchanging call set up and network control data over a digital signaling network fully separate from the Public Switched Network that carries the actual call. Signaling System 7 ("SS7") is currently the preferred CCS method. "Communications Assistance for Law Enforcement Act" or "CALEA" refers to the duties and obligations of Carriers to assist law enforcement agencies by intercepting communications and records, and installing pen registers and trap and trace devices. "Competitive Local Exchange Carrier" or "CLEC" refers to a Party that has submitted a request, pursuant to this Agreement, to obtain Interconnection, access to Unbundled Network Elements, ancillary services, or resale of Telecommunications Services.
