CCSB definition

CCSB means the USCSB and the non-U.S. contract compression services business of any of the Exterran Entities, collectively.
CCSB means the program offered by Covered California to provide health insurance and health plan choices to small businesses and their employees. CCSB was formerly known as the Small Business Health Options Program, or SHOP.
CCSB means the DCCSB and the international contract compression services business of the UCH Entities, collectively.

  • In addition to the provisions contained in the Eligibility and Enrollment section of the Evidence of Coverage, the following provisions apply to this Contract: CCSB shall be solely responsible for enrollment and eligibility determinations for eligible Employees and their Dependents, and Blue Shield shall rely upon the accuracy of current eligibility and enrollment information furnished by CCSB.

  • The sole factor to determine the applicable Schedule of Commissions is the number of Enrolled Employees in the employer group at the time the employer group first receives coverage through CCSB.

  • CCSB shall within 30 days of cancellation (1) return to the Employer the amount of prepaid Premiums, if any, that Blue Shield determines have not been earned as of the effective date of cancellation, and (2) provide Benefits of the Plan for services incurred during the time coverage was in effect up to and including the effective date of cancellation.
