CCRC Law definition

CCRC Law means Chapter 647 of the Wisconsin Statutes, the provisions of any and all other Wisconsin statutes incorporated therein by reference, and all regulations and rules promulgated under any of the foregoing, and any other statute, regulation or rule now or hereafter enacted or promulgated pertaining to continuing care contracts, the registration of continuing care retirement community operators and/or the development, construction, marketing, licensing and/or operation of continuing care retirement communities in the State, in the case of each of the foregoing, as the same may be amended, supplemented and replaced from time to time.

Examples of CCRC Law in a sentence

  • The Borrower has no knowledge of any material violation, nor is there any notice or other record of any material violation, of any zoning, subdivision, environmental, building, fire, safety, health or other statute (including, without limitation, the CCRC Law, the Assisted Living Law and the Nursing Home Law), ordinance, regulation, restrictive covenant or other restriction applicable to the Borrower or the Project.

  • The Borrower is not required to maintain any reserves pursuant to the CCRC Law, the Independent Living Law, the Assisted Living Law or the Nursing Home Law.

  • The Borrower will maintain in compliance with the CCRC Law all financial reserves and escrows required by the CCRC Law with respect to the Project.

  • The Borrower is in full compliance with all requirements of the CCRC Law, the Independent Living Law, the Assisted Living Law and the Nursing Home Law applicable to the Borrower and the Project, and the forms of the Residency Agreement and related advertising, sales and disclosure information conform to the applicable requirements of CCRC Law and any other Applicable Law.

  • The Borrower will comply in all material respects with all Applicable Laws, including without limitation, the CCRC Law, the Assisted Living Law and the Nursing Home Law and any requirements of the Departments relating to the Project, the Borrower or its business, operations or assets, except for any Matters Contested in Good Faith.

  • The Borrower has in place and maintains in compliance with the CCRC Law all financial reserves and escrows required by the CCRC Law.

  • The Borrower and the Project are duly registered with and hold a valid permit from the Department of Insurance under the CCRC Law, and duly licensed by the Department of Health under the Independent Living Law, the Assisted Living Law and the Nursing Home Law to operate the Independent Living Units, the Assisted Living Units and the Nursing Beds.

  • At such time when 70% of the Housing Units are occupied, which is not currently contemplated to occur prior to January, 1998, the Partnership would be entitled in accordance with the provisions of the Florida CCRC Law to request a release of the funds in the Reservation Deposit Escrow, at which time the Partnership would be required to post cash and/or an acceptable letter of credit in satisfaction of the MLR Reserve Requirement.

  • As used herein, "Third Party Consents" means the consents required of (a) BNP under the BNP Loan Documents, to be obtained in connection with the BNP Loan Amendment Documents, (b) CCI under the CCI Loan Documents, to be obtained in connection with the CCI Loan Amendment Documents and (c) the Department of Insurance of the State of Florida under the Florida CCRC Law.

  • The operation of the Project comply with, and are lawful, permitted and conforming uses under, all applicable building, fire, safety, subdivision, zoning, sewer, environmental, securities, health, insurance and other laws, ordinances, rules, regulations and plan approval conditions of any Governmental Authority (including, without limitation, the CCRC Law, the Independent Living Law, the Assisted Living Law and the Nursing Home Law).
