The Borrower shall cause MoF and GKI to, until completion of the Project, maintain EIBB and CCPB with qualified and experienced staff, acceptable to the Bank, in adequate numbers and provide them with such funds, facilities, and other resources as may be required for the implementation of their respective parts of the Project.
