CCP Statement has the meaning ascribed to such term in Section 4.10(b).

If the Seller has accepted the CCP Statement in writing or has not given written notice to the Buyer setting forth any objection of the Seller to such CCP Statement (a “CCP Objections”) prior to the expiration of a ten (10) Business Day period from receipt of a CCP Statement (the “CCP Review Period”), then such CCP Statement shall be final and binding upon the parties, and shall be deemed the final CCP Statement.
