CCOUNT Clause Samples

CCOUNT. The Cardmember hereby acknowledges and agrees that the Bank may at its absolute discretion assign transfer, sell and or vest the Cardmember’s Card Account or part thereof to such other institution, corporation, or statutory bodies as may be approved by Bank Negara Malaysia and or set up under any Act or legislation of Malaysia (hereinafter referred to as “the Card Account Purchaser”) and towards this purpose the Cardmember hereby unconditionally and irrevocably consents to the disclosure of all information relating to the Cardmember and the Cardmember’s Card Account necessary to facilitate the assignment transfer, sale and or vesting of the Card Account to the Card Account Purchaser as the Bank deem fit and necessary. The Bank agrees to inform the Cardmember within seven days of the assignment, transfer, sale and or vesting of the Card Account to the Card Account Purchaser accordingly.
