CCOS Network Change definition

CCOS Network Change has the meaning ascribed to it in Part G of the CCOS Network Code;
CCOS Network Change means the document known as the CCOS Emergency Access Code; has the meaning ascribed to it in Part D of the CCOS Network Code; has the meaning ascribed to it in Part G of the CCOS Network Code;

  • For the purposes of this Contract, if any modifications to the CCOS or the Specified Equipment falling within the definitions of CCOS Vehicle Change or CCOS Network Change in the CCOS Network Code are identified as a consequence of the operation of the Services, the process set out in Part F or Part G of the CCOS Network Code shall be followed but neither party shall be entitled to any compensation under either of those Parts as a consequence of such CCOS Vehicle Change or CCOS Network Change.

  • Network Code For the purposes of this Contract, if any modifications to the CCOS or the Specified Equipment falling within the definitions of CCOS Vehicle Change or CCOS Network Change in the CCOS Network Code are identified as a consequence of the operation of the Services, the process set out in Part F or Part G of the CCOS Network Code shall be followed but neither party shall be entitled to any compensation under either of those Parts as a consequence of such CCOS Vehicle Change or CCOS Network Change.

  • It shall not be necessary for RfL(I) to re-issue the entire CCOS Network Change notice for consultation.

  • Information should be broken up into headed sections and should include, but not be confined to, the following headings:] Details of the proposed CCOS Network Change[This should include as much detail as RfL(I) can reasonably make available about the proposed CCOS Network Change] Reasons for the proposed CCOS Network Change[Include reasons as to why the CCOS Network Change is proposed, as given in the main letter, with more detail if necessary.

  • Any associated Schedule 4 Restriction of Use compensation will be calculated through the normal Track Access Contract Schedule 4 process.] Costs and compensation[To include RfL(I)’s proposals (if any) for division of costs including any proposals for calculation or payment of CCOS Network Change compensation.

Related to CCOS Network Change

  • Network Change has the meaning given to it in the Network Code;

  • Core Network means the transport infrastructure identified in accordance with Chapter III of Regulation (EU) No 1315/2013;

  • Service Change has the meaning set forth in Section 2(B) of the Agreement.

  • Open Wireless Network means any network or segment of a network that is not designated by the State of New Hampshire’s Department of Information Technology or delegate as a protected network (designed, tested, and approved, by means of the State, to transmit) will be considered an open network and not adequately secure for the transmission of unencrypted PI, PFI, PHI or confidential DHHS data.

  • Mobile Network means a 3G or 4G network or any other mobile communications network which we choose to provide Mobile services.

  • Non-Network means any hospital, day care centre or other provider that is not part of the network.

  • BT Network means the communications network owned or leased by BT and used to provide the Service.

  • Minor Change means an amendment of an existing authorisation that is not of a purely administrative nature and requires only a limited re-assessment of the properties or efficacy of the biocidal product or biocidal product family;

  • Scope Change means any change to the scope of a contract to accommodate a need not originally provided for in the contract and which may include the acquisition of additional deliverables or the extension of the term of the contract and which may require an adjustment to the contract price;

  • Design Change is a change in work and/or materials shown in the Schedule of Items and described in Plans or specifications that has been mutually agreed to in writing or ordered by Contracting Officer. Changes of a minor nature (such as adjustment in horizontal and vertical alignment, that do not exceed specified tolerance, necessary to maintain or balance earthwork quantities substantially as designed) and variation in quantities, as described in B5.251, shall not be considered Design Changes.

  • Wireless support structure means a freestanding structure designed to support or capable of supporting small cell wireless facilities. Wireless support structure does not include a utility pole.

  • Synchronous Optical Network (SONET means the optical interface standard that allows inter-networking of transmission products from multiple vendors. The base rate is 51.84 Mbps (“OC 1/STS 1”) and higher rates are direct multiples of the base rate, up to 13.22 Gbps.

  • Network User means each natural or legal person having concluded a Standard Transmission Agreement with the TSO for Transmission Services in the Transmission Grid.

  • Network Upgrades means modifications or additions to transmission-related facilities that are integrated with and support the Transmission Provider’s overall Transmission System for the general benefit of all users of such Transmission System. Network Upgrades shall include:

  • Program change means any elimination, curtailment or reorganization of a curriculum offering, program or school operation or a reorganization or closing of a school or consolidation of two or more individual schools or school districts that is unrelated to financial exigency.

  • Network Customer means an entity receiving transmission service pursuant to the terms of the Transmission Provider’s Network Integration Transmission Service under Tariff, Part III. Network External Designated Transmission Service:

  • Major Change means any event or proposed modification that, in the opinion of the Fund, will involve a major change in, or a restructuring of, a Funded Activity’s scope, structure, design or objectives, including a reallocation of GCF Proceeds beyond the threshold set out in the relevant FAA affecting the Funded Activity’s scope or objectives, or any other change that substantially alters the purpose or benefit of the Funded Activity, in each case, as may be described in detail in the relevant FAA;

  • Digital network means any online-enabled application, software, website or system offered or utilized by a transportation network company that enables the prearrangement of rides with transportation network company drivers.

  • Area network means a type of electric distribution system served by multiple transformers interconnected in an electrical network circuit, which is generally used in large metropolitan areas that are densely populated, in order to provide highly reliable service. Area network has the same meaning as the term "distribution secondary grid network" found in institute of electrical and electronics engineers (IEEE) standard 1547 sub clause 4.1.4.

  • Network Data Mover (NDM) or “Connect Direct” means the industry standard protocol for transferring information electrically.

  • Provider network means an affiliated group of varied health care providers that is established to provide a continuum of health care services to individuals;

  • Integrated Services Digital Network (ISDN means a switched network service that provides end-to-end digital connectivity for the simultaneous transmission of voice and data. Basic Rate Interface-ISDN (BRI-ISDN) provides for a digital transmission of two (2) 64 Kbps bearer channels and one (1) 16 Kbps data channel (2B+D).

  • Network plan means a policy of group health insurance offered by an insurer under which the financing and delivery of medical care, including items and services paid for as medical care, are provided, in whole or in part, through a defined set of providers under contract with the insurer. The term does not include an arrangement for the financing of premiums.

  • ACH Network means the funds transfer system, governed by the NACHA Rules, that provides funds transfer services to participating financial institutions.

  • Data Local Exchange Carrier or "DLEC" is a CLEC interconnecting primarily for purposes of transporting data.

  • Network Resource shall have the meaning as provided in the NYISO OATT, for such resources located in New York, and the meaning as provided in the PJM OATT, for such resources located in PJM.
