CCOGS definition
CCOGS means ▇▇▇▇▇▇'▇ cost of goods sold which shall include ▇▇▇▇▇▇'▇ direct material costs, direct utilities costs, direct waste disposal costs and direct quality control costs, and overhead costs (allocated in accordance with generally accepted accounting principles utilizing capacity based standards) including indirect labor, supervision, repairs, maintenance, supplies, utilities costs (which are not direct utilities costs), property taxes, environmental safety and health administration costs, waste disposal costs (which are not direct waste disposal costs), administration and financial costs, quality assurance costs, purchasing, information systems and engineering costs, and warehousing costs incurred in connection with the manufacture of the Product and excluding any divisional or corporate allocation.
