CCNC Network definition
CCNC Network means a (x) nonprofit corporation; or (y) governmental entity; or (z) a component of a non-profit or governmental entity (collectively “Network”). Network must participate in the North Carolina Department of Health and Human Services, Division of Medical Assistance Enhanced Primary Care Case Management, as detailed in the State Plan under Title XIX of the Social Security Act for the Medical Assistance Program.
Examples of CCNC Network in a sentence
The admission of any CCNC Network as a Member shall be set forth in a resolution or written consent of a Majority in Interest of all of the Members that authorize such admission.
Each CCNC Network, upon admittance as a Member, will be credited with forty thousand dollars ($40,000.00) of In-kind Services.
In-kind Services will be added to cash and other capital Contributions made by each CCNC Network in Schedule I.
